The OSU Extension Assistant Director, Family and Consumer Sciences is responsible for providing leadership with non-formal educational programming targeting individuals, family members and families around issues that affect the physical, emotional, and financial components of life. This position also gives
leadership in addressing Ohio issues through outreach and Extension via partnerships with OSU Extension professionals and with faculty on the OSU Campus faculty, including the College of Education and Human Ecology, and at other land-grant universities. She works collaboratively with other Assistant Directors
and Center Directors to provide leadership for interdisciplinary programs. This includes programs with university partners as well as external agency and organizational partners.
