Program Area/Themes: Community Development, Strengthening and Enhancing Communities and Neighborhoods
Responsible for the leadership and coordination of Ohio State University Extension’s Community Development Program which includes an Extension educator in every county, along with three center specialists, five state program leaders, and faculty and professional staff housed in other academic departments who also hold community development appointments and who provide support to community development programming. Provides leadership
and direction for Community Development programming with emphasis on program and curriculum development, research, collaboration with peer agencies, and securing funding to support related activities. Works with the other assistant directors in an interdisciplinary/ holistic programming role across the system. |
